- Assign your project to a dedicated project manager who keeps you informed of the schedule and progress by documenting all work and providing complete repair information upon completion. This may include before and after photos of the work and information about the products used.

- Provide a safe, drug-free work environment for your tenants and customers as well as
the general public. - Require that all employees wear company IDs and display a professional demeanor at all times.
- Ensure the project site is left in the same or better condition than when the work began.

- Understand the need for timely completion of work and flexible scheduling.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with your staff to accommodate your needs and meet project schedules.
- Ensure that all employees on job sites have the minimum required OSHA training (with the majority either having completed or in the process of completing OSHA 30 training).
- Fully document any unique or unexpected issues that may develop during a project.
- Strive to meet or surpass published employment goals specific to a project.
- Ensure that all employees on your job site have the mandatory OSHA 10 training (with many either having completed or in the process of completing OSHA 30 training).
- Administer periodic random drug testing of all employees to vigorously enforce a comprehensive safety program endorsed by our workers compensation provider.
- Require employees to carry identification displaying their qualifications and certifications.
- Belong to both the Bricklayer's and Construction Laborer's Unions.
- Ensure that the project site is left in the same, or better, condition than when the work first began.
